Aura Loop ("we", "us", "the app") helps you set personal tasks, reminds you to follow through, and — if you choose — notifies an accountability partner when you miss one. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Aura Loop you agree to this policy.
We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or payment information. Aura Loop is free and has no in-app purchases.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
When you add a partner email to a task and that task is missed, we send that email address a single message letting them know you have an open task, so they can check in on you. We only email the addresses you yourself enter. If you do not add a partner to a task, no one else is contacted.
We use trusted third-party services to operate Aura Loop. They process data only on our behalf:
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account information and tasks from our systems. Backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls so that you can only see your own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Aura Loop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate.
